BACKGROUND

Part of Mechanical & Electrical (BME) is one of the ten (10) sections in MADA organization that was created through the restructuring of organization chart MADA  on 16 November 2015. The main function of this division is to ensure the management and implementation of the development program of mechanical and electrical engineering as well as human capital development programs according to the needs of the organization. Additionally, this Division also ensure asset maintenance management of mechanical and electrical of MADA implemented as planned in meeting the needs of the organization.

 

This section includes six branches, namely:

  1. Hydromechanical Branch
  2. Centre Of Excellence M&E
  3. Electrical Engineering Branch
  4. Automotive Branch
  5. Technical Development Branch
  6. Mechanization and automation Branch

Hydromechanical Branch role is to plan, manage and implement development programs and maintenance of the assets of the irrigation and drainage such as mobile pumps, boost pump stations (booster pump), floodgate (alator and tandop) as well as other mechanical assembly including components hydromechanical in three (3) dams.

Centre Of Excellence M & E established to plan and research conducting of the issues and technology in the field of mechanization and automation in MADA as well as planning and implement design and innovation mechanical engineering and electrical at MADA.

Electrical Engineering Branch commissioned to planning, manage and implement development programs in electrical engineering and maintenance to the assets of the electric pump stations, floodgate, dams and other electrical equipment MADA.

Automotive Branch is responsible for planning, managing and implementing the maintenance program to the assets of Automotive MADA apart provide documentation requirements (insurance, road tax, permit and inspection PUSPAKOM) of vehicles and machinery MADA and logistics division.

Technical Development Branch was established with the aim of planning, managing and implementing the maintenance program to all assets mechanization and automation MADA apart assist in implementing the program of research and innovation in the field of mechanization and automation of MADA.

Mechanization and automation branch serves to plan, manage and implement programs of competence, guidance and advisory service to the target groups in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, including activity agricultural of  mechanization and automation.

MISSION

i.       Implementation of mechanization and automation technology transfer to the target groups.

ii.      Provide a mechanical and electrical services a comprehensive and systematic.

iii.     Create the workforce of skilled, competent and innovative.

OBJECTIVE

i. Provides maintenance services to all mechanical and electrical assets of MADA.

ii. Implement development programs in mechanical and electrical engineering MADA area.

iii. To implement human capital development  to the target groups in mechanical engineering and electrical industry, paddy.

iv. Research Conducting  and innovation of mechanical and electrical engineering in developing the industry Paddy of MADA.

v. Provides the advisory services to the other parts of MADA in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering.

FUNCTION AND TASKS 

i. Ensure the management and implementation of the development program of mechanical and electrical engineering as well as human             capital development programs according to the needs of the organization.

ii. Ensure the maintenance management the asset mechanical and electrical of MADA implemented as planned in meeting the needs of the      organization.

iii. Ensure conducted support services in an efficient, systematic and sustainable manner to meet the current needs of the organization.

 

CLIENT CHARTER

  • Comply with the annual maintenance schedule that we provide to the fullest.
  • Take action on reports of damage within 2 working days from the date of receipt.
  • Plan and implement development projects that provided within the prescribed period.
  • Prepare contract documents signed within 4 months from the date of contract deals.
  • To complete the offering proceeds for quotation within 90 days of the closing date of the quotation.

3.1      BRANCH OBJECTIVE

 

OBJECTIVE

HYDROMECHANICAL BRANCH

 

a)  Planning, managing and implementing the maintenance program to assets such as irrigation and drainage mobile pumps, pumping stations booster (booster pump), floodgate (alator and tandop) as well as other mechanical assembly including components hydromechanical in three (3) dams.

b)  To plan, manage and implement programs design as well as upgrading the floodgate hydromechanical system, pumping stations and dams.

c)    Planning, managing and implementing the work of the inspection scheduled / unscheduled, security audits, installation of pumps, components hydromechanical floodgates and 3 dams.

d)   Manage Draw Room and records associated with the branch.

e)   Helping Technical Development Branch in provide competent instructors for the training program.

f) Determine the capacity of pumping stations and ensure pumping stations is at the  optimum level

 

OBJECTIVE

CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE M&E

a)   Planning and  implement a research against issues and technologies in in the field of mechanization and automation in MADA.

b)   Planning and implementing an invention and innovation in mechanical and electrical engineering MADA

c)   Implement the development program of research, invention and innovation that have been conducted

d)   Become a reference in the field of mechanization and automation of the paddy  industry at MADA in terms of bank data and technical advisory service.

e)    Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners who can contribute to the advancement of the field of mechanical engineering and electrical of  industry, paddy

f)   Helping the Technical Development Branch in provide competent instructors for the training program.

 

OBJECTIVE

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING BRANCH

a)     Planning, manage and implement maintenance programs to the asset electric pump stations, floodgates, dams and other electrical equipment MADA.

b)      Planning, manage and implement development programs in electrical engineering.

c)       Planning, manage and implement the procurement of electrical component.

d)      Manage Room Draw and records associated with the branch.

e)      Helping the Technical Development Branch in provide competent instructors for the training program.

f)      Determine capacity and ensure the performance of the pumping station at the optimum level

g)      Provide advisory services related to electrical engineering at MADA.

AUTOMOTIVE BRANCH

 

a)    Planning, managing and implementing the maintenance program to the assets of Automotive MADA.

b)    Plan, manage and execute the logistics operation to provide support services to the mechanical and electrical parts.

c)     Plan, manage and implement the procurement of vehicles MADA.

d)   Planning, managing and implementing documentation requirements (insurance, road tax, permit and inspection PUSPAKOM) MADA vehicle.

e)   Updating, analysis and documentation the vehicle maintenance records of MADA

f)     Helping the Technical Development Branch in provide competent instructors for the training program.

 

 

OBJECTIVE

MECHANIZATION AND AUTOMATION BRANCH

a)  Planning, managing and implementing the maintenance program to the assets of MechaniZation and automation MADA.

b)   Plan, manage and implement mechanization and automation assets MADA.

c)    Managing, updating, analysis and documentation related records of agricultural machinery and heavy equipment.

d)    Helping the Technical Development Branch in provide competent instructors for the training program.

e)    Helping in implementing the program of research and innovation in the field of mechanization and automation of MADA.

 

OBJECTIVE

TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT BRANCH

 

a)    Plan, manage and implement programs of competence, guidance and advisory service to the target groups in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, including mechanization and automation agricultural.

b)    Manage and implement skills training programs of MADA Rice Training Centre, Training Branch of MADA and other agencies.

c)    Manage the certification / licensing of the target group in the operation of machinery.

d)     Manage, updating, analyze and documenting record of teaching and learning.

e)    Manage and update the records of movable assets in the Mechanical and Electrical accordance with the procedure of Service Circular.

f)     Strengthening the management and disposal of movable assets Mechanical and Electrical Division accordance with the procedures of disposal of the government assets.

 

OBJECTIVE

SUPPORT SERVICES

 

a)    Manage the support service according to the instructions and regulations including circulars of government and financial instructions MADA.

b)     Carry out the duties of supervision and control of expenditure in accordance with the instructions and regulations from time to time.

c)    Managing paid services according to the instructions and regulations of the Government Circular, including procurement, storage production and sale of stock.

d)    Manage and complete the requirements of the documentation relating to the administration and management of the store.
