Bismillahirrahmanirrahim,
Assalamualaikum W.B.T & Salam Sejahtera.
Alhamdulillah, I extend my gratitude to Allah S.W.T for all His bounties and blessings that have never stopped until today. Salutations and greetings to the great Prophet Muhammad S.A.W, as well as to all his family members and friends.
First of all, I as the General Manager of MADA, also representing the entire staff of the Muda Agricultural Development Authority (MADA) would like to thank you for willing to visit the official website of this agency.
I take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation and thanks to all MADA staff for their commitment, determination and teamwork shown in carrying out all the tasks entrusted to them throughout 2021. The year 2021 has also witnessed all the people in Malaysia on the COVID-19 pandemic which has had such a huge impact and challenge in modern human history. The spread of COVID-19 not only claimed lives, but also affected the economies of the world. Nevertheless, we must strengthen the spirit because this struggle is still long and we need to persevere in leveling the curve of this pandemic.
The coming of 2022 will certainly present new challenges to all MADA employees. Therefore, I call on all MADA employees to continue to adopt a high performance work culture in carrying out the entrusted trusts and practice and cultivate excellent work practices and high integrity so that MADA’s main agenda in 2022 can be implemented successfully in line with government aspirations. .
The implementation of the MADA agenda for 2022 will be planned with a more creative and innovative strategy to achieve the mission and vision of this agency although our work will be slightly disrupted by this pandemic environment. It is very important that all actions taken will be more systematic, orderly and form a clear direction and in turn benefit the community, especially farmers in the Muda Area. The successful implementation of the 2021 agenda needs to be continued and improved while the weaknesses identified need to be improved and the failures set as an example as a guide in the future.
I am confident that MADA employees can accept this challenge and are always ready to focus all their efforts, energy and thoughts to implement it in the best way. Carry out your responsibilities with full trust and hopefully one day all the noble deeds that we do will be a provision when we meet Allah Azza Wa Jalla.
