Workshop on Change Acceleration Process (CAP) MADA
Workshop on ‘Change Acceleration Process (CAP)’ MADA was held on 5 and 6 September 2013 at the Copthorne Orchid Hotel, Penang. The workshop was conducted by Unit Pengurusan Prestasi dan Pelaksanaan (PEMANDU) Jabatan Perdana Menteri using modules and expertise from General Electric (GE).
CAP workshop was held as a result of the ‘Public Service Delivery Transformation’ program which is this Aspirasi Transformasi PSD is intended to achieve the best level of service delivery, effective, efficient and transparent, but also strive to provide services that always meet people aspirations.
Closing Ceremony was officiated by Deputy Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry, Dato Dr Baharom bin Jani.
Also present at the ceremony were the General Manager of MADA, Dato Haji Abdul Rahim bin Saleh, Deputy General Manager (Technical) MADA, Ir. Hor Tek Lip and Director of Management Services MADA, Tuan Haji Md. Zuki bin Ismail.
